Fixes

• Payments - Removed the inaccurate time from the transaction date field on the email templates. (PL-45503)
• Sales Orders - Updated logic so peer-to-peer permissions are applied on Open Sales Order view and Closed Sales Order view. (PL-45451)
• Payments - Fixed an issue where the PaymentMethod was not always being populated on payments made via the Portal. (PL-45071)
